When you submit an application or recruiting form, we collect the information you provide — name, email, links to your company or profile, and any narrative answers you write. We don’t use cookies for tracking. Server logs may incidentally retain IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

We use submitted information solely to evaluate your company or candidacy, communicate with you about that evaluation, and maintain internal records. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing.

Application data is stored in a managed database hosted in the United States. Email is delivered through transactional email services. Access is limited to element.vc personnel who need it to do their job.

We retain application records for as long as is reasonably useful for our investment process. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
