We develop power-ready buildings from raw land, designed from the foundation around heavy electrical service, structural load, and the thermal and connectivity envelope a compute tenant needs. The power isn’t an upgrade. It’s the floor plan.
Conversions
We acquire underused industrial, flex, and specialized buildings and convert them into powered shells, re-working the electrical, structural, and mechanical systems to carry dense load while the building keeps earning its conventional rent.
Entitlements
We take sites through zoning, permitting, and utility approvals to unlock power-ready use, resolving the legal and grid questions that decide whether a building can actually carry the load long before a shovel moves.
